Mr. Lance P. Chardon (President & C.E.O.), a seventh (7th) generation native Virgin Islander, started Executive Insurance Services, Inc. (EIS) in 1997, after having worked at a local insurance company as its Underwriting Manager and then as the Vice President of its group’s owned retail insurance agency.

Mr. Chardon’s career in the insurance industry began in 1985 and has spanned experience at both the agency and insurer levels. EIS employs a dedicated and knowledgeable staff with over 160 years of combined experience.

EIS is mainly a retail insurance agency and holds all insurance licenses as required by the V.I. Insurance Department to include Resident Agent, Resident Broker and Surplus Lines Broker licenses. However, a small portion of the operation involves wholesaling for other local agencies.

EIS is an appointed Agent of Underwriters’ at Lloyd’s, London and currently holds several binding authorities with various Lloyd’s Syndicates. The agency is capable of servicing Automobile, Homeowners, Commercial Property, General Liability and Professional Liability insurance for our clients.
